This is a gorgeous spot in the prominent Old North End neighborhood with treelined streets, pathways, trails, and local fare. No two homes are the same, and each is exquisite! Our Madison House is the ideal hideaway to relax at the end of a full Colorado day of exploration and fun. This location is close to all the magic of Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas.

Welcome to the magic of the “Memories at Madison” property! As you enter, you’ll notice this executive space with a private patio, complete with a modern ambiance and an open layout. Our hideaway was built in 1904 and has been upgraded and remodeled with great attention to detail, including new flooring, bathroom, windows, kitchen, and appliances. Our 2-bedroom abode can easily accommodate 4 guests. We can accommodate more should you choose to get cozy.

This fantastic hideaway boasts beauty at every turn within the 1600 Square Feet, an executive remodel with concrete flooring, custom ironwork, exposed brick, and a well-equipped and organized gourmet stainless kitchen with a large center island and breakfast bar. Architecture appeals throughout with clean finishes. Spacious living with barn door entry to the primary room and walk-in closet.

As you enter through the iron archway, you’ll follow the pathway that will meet the wide steps down to your glass double door entry at the inviting open-air private patio space. This property is oozing in character and is decorated with every attention to detail, it’s the ideal combination of cozy and executive high-end finishes, perfect for disconnecting and enjoying your Colorado time.

Kick up your feet and lounge in this open, clean, and fresh space fully equipped with Wi-Fi, arcade games, and Roku TV for all your streaming needs.
Our favorite room in the Madison House is the spa bathroom with an open double-head shower, double sinks, and a slipper tub designed for the ultimate relaxation at the end of your busy Colorado exploration. This quiet hideaway is perfect for working remotely and simply enjoying an escape.

You can’t help but notice the inviting gourmet kitchen with new cabinets stainless steel appliances, a solid surface counter surface, an open hood, and exposed brick. This kitchen is well equipped with cookware and utensils, offering coffee and tea with many staples to get you started. Feel free to master your favorite meals, blend a smoothie, or simply enjoy the local cuisine, all close in. We know how much a good night’s sleep matters, so this space boasts luxury linens bedding, and all mattresses. Sleeping here will feel better than at home!

Madison House is located in the sought-after “Old North End” neighborhood. This area is located just North of Downtown Colorado Springs surrounding the campus of Colorado College. It is a very safe and quiet historic section of our city with many of the homes set on large lots with mature trees.

You will park right in front of the house on the street, making you only steps away from the stairs that lead down to your getaway.
